Loan terms & fees
Our line of credit goes from $500 to $1,500. Once approved, you can use, repay and reuse your credit limit as needed.
The repayment period is 3 to 6 months. Payments can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on what works best for your budget.
We offer an annual interest rate of 19.99% (approximately 1.67% per month). The rate stays the same even if a payment is late — there is no penalty rate.
A guarantee fee is payable as long as a balance remains on your line of credit. A $29.00 fee applies if a payment is skipped or returned NSF. The minimum payment cannot be less than 5% of the balance used.
A limit of $750 repaid in 9 bi-weekly payments of $136.57 is a typical example. You can also make a full or partial repayment at any time without penalty, and we’ll work with you on an adjusted schedule if you need it.
No. We do not perform a credit check and your application will not affect your credit score.
Login & Account
Go to the login page, enter your email address and password, then click Log in. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will also need to enter your verification code.
Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to create a new password. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
Go to Profile Settings and scroll down to the Change Password section. Enter your current password, then your new password (minimum 8 characters) twice, and click Update Password.
In Profile Settings, find the Language dropdown. Select English or French and click Save Changes. The entire portal will switch to your chosen language.
Dashboard & Loans
Your dashboard shows a welcome message, quick-access cards (Bank Accounts, Profile Settings, Request Top-Up), a table of all your loans with their statuses, and details about your most recent funded loan.
From your dashboard, click on any loan with a Funded status. This takes you to the loan details page where you can see your balance, payment schedule, next payment due, and recent activity.
- Funded — Your loan is active and has been disbursed.
- Incomplete — Your application was started but not finished.
- Submitted — Your application is under review.
- Contract Sent — Your contract is awaiting your signature.
- Rejected — Your application was declined.
Payments
Yes — if your next payment has a Scheduled status and you do not have an outstanding skip fee. Click "Skip This Payment" on your loan details page. A $29.00 skip fee will apply and must be paid via Interac e-Transfer. Your payment will be moved to the end of your schedule.

You have an outstanding skip fee that has not been paid yet. Pay the $29.00 fee first, then you can skip another payment.
Top-Up (Additional Funds)
If you have a funded loan, click "Request Top-Up" on your dashboard or loan details page. Use the calculator to choose your additional amount ($500–$1,500), payment frequency, and number of payments. Then verify your bank connection. Your request will be submitted for review.
Your remaining balance is consolidated with the new amount into a single new loan. If approved, the new loan replaces your current one.
Bank Accounts
Go to Bank Accounts from your dashboard and click "Connect Bank". A secure window from Flinks (our banking partner) will open. Log into your bank — your credentials are entered directly in the Flinks window and are never shared with us.
Bank connections expire after a period of inactivity. Click "Reconnect Now" on the alert banner. You may need to log into your bank again. This is only needed when applying for a new loan or top-up.
Yes. Your bank data is encrypted and securely stored. We use Flinks, a trusted and certified financial data provider. Your banking credentials are never stored on our servers.
Profile & Settings
Go to Profile Settings from your dashboard. You can edit your name, phone number, address, and language preference. Click Save Changes when done.
For security, email changes cannot be made from the portal. Please contact our support team to update your email address.
